These Terms govern your use of scalpsociety.com and purchases from Scalp Society. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and cosmetic-use positioning

Scalp Society products are personal-care and cosmetic-use products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product descriptions are for general information and shopping purposes only.

Orders and acceptance

Order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Promotions may change, expire, or be limited by geography, quantity, customer, or time period. We do not guarantee that sale pricing will be available after a campaign ends.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs, inventory, or address issues. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package, except where prohibited by law.

Subscriptions

Serum subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Subscription terms, cancellation instructions, renewal reminders, and refund rules are explained in our Subscription Policy.

Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are governed by the Refund Policy and The Scalp Reset Promise. The guarantee is satisfaction-based and does not promise any specific outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site at scale, submit false information, violate intellectual property rights, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Site content, copy, design, product names, logos, photography, icons, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Scalp Society and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalp Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
